How it works

1. You contact Berry Poetic via Etsy conversation or email to hello [!at] berrypoetic.com with some initial information about the poem you’d like stating:
a. The occasion eg 60th Birthday, New Baby, Wedding
b. When you need the poem by (please see shop policies)
2. You decide what format you want your poem in and pay via Etsy.
3. Once payment and initial information is received, you will receive an email or Etsy from Berry Poetic, within 3 days, requesting further details via a short questionnaire. This is what Berry Poetic will use to write your personalised poem so please ensure you provide all the details you want included and as much information as possible. You will also at this stage be able to choose your colour options. Please return the questionnaire within 3 days.
4. Once the questionnaire is received Berry Poetic will begin writing your personalised poem. If more information is required, Berry Poetic will contact you via email or Etsy conversation within 1-2 weeks of receiving the questionnaire.
5. Berry Poetic will send you a draft of your personalised poem for approval within 1-2 weeks and make any edits as requested (see shop policies). Please reply with edits required within 3 days of receiving your draft.
6. When you are happy with your personalised poem, Berry Poetic will send it to you in the format that you have paid for, within 2-3 weeks of receiving your completed questionnaire.
7. You can then share your personalised poem with the recipient who will say it’s the best gift they’ve ever received!
8. If you choose to, you (&the recipient) can provide feedback for Berry Poetic on Etsy and also on Facebook if you wish. Your poem and feedback will only be shared with your permission.
